Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping cost: Free on all US orders.

Packaging: The BMW retail box ships inside a separate shipping box.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Where we ship: Currently the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, or the caps arrive damaged, email floatgarages@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number (and photos for damage). We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
